Excellent Apple Authorized reseller with service centre. Store is located in the street level (Ground floor). Aptronix Service centre is located on the first floor. I had decent experience with the apple service team in the first floor. Dropped my air pods for service. They performed all repairs and they have returned them by 4 days. Parking decently available for two wheelers and four wheelers outside and inside the building respectively. Apple store is easily identifiable through Google Street view and also easy to physically locate the store.

Worst apple service centre. They don’t pick up the phone and mostly the number provided in the invoice is switched off. Made me wait for an hour while receiving my MacBook. Though the closing time written on their website is 7:00 pm, they close by 6:30-6:45 pm only.

Wrost fellows Wrost service Wrost behaviour Wrost technician I thought apple the brand Service will quick n fast but no My ios 14+ back cam was gone all of sudden And i went to this baigan ka aptronix abids branch They said there is a bend on body wont come under warrenty & first thing we cant repair this phone if we do ur display will be gone 100% for sure then i ask them give me tha can set ill pay & will repair at somewhere else U know guys they said 44000/- Seriously?????? But my back was repaired & successfully back cam has been changed with very affordable price 6k only I am suggesting you to prefer another store except this one

Worst service center in the world. Those who are working in the service center in the abids aptronix, you should have some common sense. I trying to contact these people from last 2 hours.

Service centre is on the first floor of the building. Don’t wait for the shop at ground floor. The service centre supposed to open at 10. But always there is a delay. Prior appointment is required to come here. Call on their number before visit.
